Children attending lunch club bring their own packed lunch and are supervised throughout the lunch time period.  We ask parents to supply a healthy lunchbox with suitable foods with CLEAR LABELS AND REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS.

Please see our new Food Policy for 2026.

You will be given a notice with suggested lunchbox items and items which should and should not be supplied with your welcome pack.  Examples of which are below.

Food for warming up can be included but MUST have reheating instructions and allergen labels.

Baby room children will need lunch supplied, either a precooked lunch/pouch or a finger food lunch when your child is ready.

We cook at Dinner Time for the children who stay between 4pm to 5pm.

Consumables costs are new for September 2026, however, with the rising cost of living prices, we have had to implement optional consumable costs.

Please understand this is an optional charge. If you would like to opt in for consumables, please sign in the box on your contract. If you would like to opt out for consumables, please write opt out in the box on your contract.

These costs cover breakfast, snacks, dinner and malleables. Please read through the food policy and contract and speak to the office with any concerns or queries.

Consumables costs for 2026/2027 academic year:

Breakfast: 75p*

Snacks: 50p

Dinner: £1.25

*IF your child attends breakfast during 7.30am-8am you will pay a premium charge and therefore will not be charged breakfast. The breakfast cost is for those starting at 8am.

Please note that if you decide to OPT OUT of consumables charges, you will need to supply appropriate meals for your child’s day at nursery. Please discuss with the office for more guidance.

There must be an ice pack within the lunchbox and the box / bag must be named.

If food is for heating up, then contents must be labelled along with heating instructions and any contained allergens.
